We accept the following cards for payment of your UK order:

All UK orders are sent for a flat fee of £5.99 and include insurance should your package be lost or damaged in transit.
All orders placed before 2.00pm are sent on the same day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed after 2.00pm are sent on the next working day for delivery within the next 2 working days.
If in the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 3 working days, please notify us immediately so we can chase it up.

For INTERNATIONAL orders, we accept payment in GBP from the following cards:

The cost of shipping of international orders are dependent on the destination and include insurance should your package be lost or damaged in transit.
All orders placed before 2.00pm are sent on the same day.
Delivery varies from 2 - 10 working days depending on your location. Please bear in mind that Ennovations Ltd is not responsible for importation duties payable on your purchases upon entry into your country.
Should you have any concerns, contact us prior to placing your order as we may be able to offer you advice.
If in the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 14 working days, please notify us immediately so we can chase it up.

Shopping with us is completely risk free. Your purchases are coverd by our 30 days no quibble reeturn policy.
All we ask is that you tell us the reason for returning your purchase. Knowing will help us in our continued effort
to improve our products and services. Should you wish to return your purchase within this time for a refund or exchange,
please contact us for your return instructions at service@flexishoerack.co.uk with "RETURNS" in the subject and we will
reply with your returns instructions and returns authorisation number.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that we have not authorised.
